To the Management and Staff, I shared a double room (425) during The Caffmos weekend, my name is Brian Donaldson, and I would like to offer my thanks to Frank and his co Duty manager, for welcoming us all last weekend. My thanks to all staff, including reception, bar, waiters/waitresses and especially your chef and his Kitchen Assistants. The dinners and breakfasts were 5-star hope the same chef will be their next year. I speak for myself and Im sure that I also speak for all caffmos guys. Just wanted to say that we could not of had a better weekend. All staff were fantastic & couldn’t do enough for us & the food was first class.
We have been to many hotels & none have treated us as good as the service we recieved from the Queens Hotel.
We are looking forward to future stays at this fabulous hotel.

wow wow wow what more can you say. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were very accomodating and willing to please. The restaurant food was excellent as well as the restaurant staff. Room good standard. The leisure club was brilliant and everybody so friendly. Will definately return there again.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel and also enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch in the restaurant. The location is great being only a short walk to the beach and the town centre whilst the hotel was very comfortable, clean and relaxing and the staff polite and helpful. I love Bournemouth, especially when the sun is shing and I would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed at the Queens September 2009 for the weekend to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We were a party of 15. We had a superb time, staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic meal on the Saturday evening followed by an excellent breakfast on Sunday. The accommodation was fine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you the Queens, you did us proud and it was a weekend my parents will remember always.

We have just organised a Ladies Festival at The Queens Hotel for a second year, we cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and the staff, particular thanks to Tony and the bar staff for all their help, nothing was too much trouble, food excellent and all our party thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. It was great not having to go out in the car and being able to walk to either the shops or the beach – what a choice. Once again thanks to everyone at The Queens and hopefully see you soon.

Having just been to this hotel for a second time, this weekend was as good if not better than the first. Our visits have been for Masonic Ladies Festivals and the hotel offers great value for money, the staff are very good in deed as is the catering, we hope to return sometime in the future. Everything was 100% first class service

My new husband and I got married at the Queens Hotel followed by our breakfast reception along with our evening reception on the 10.1.2010. Everything was 100% first class service. The staff and management of the hotel were very accommodating and was always willing to do anything they could within their power to make our day run smoothly and without any hitches. The food was excellent and absolutely gorgeous and served piping hot. Tony Wilson, the Functions Manager and David Burr, The General Manager were also very at tentative and making sure all of our guests were happy and made sure everything ran smoothly.

They also have a fabulous spa which my fiancé used before our wedding to relax him and he said it was magnificent. A few of our other guests also used these facilities and said they were first class.

The rooms were very accommodating and spacious which is another thing the hotel put on for us so we could get ready for the ceremony without any hassles. They also gave us the Honeymoon Suite complimentary which comprised of a Four Poster Bed, Lounge area with tea/coffee facilities and the bathroom had a large round bath with shower… Absolutely fantastic….

Anybody looking to stay at this hotel for holiday or special occasions we would highly recommend you look seriously into going there.

We have just returned from a four nights at the Queens and really enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were clean and fairly recently refurbished – bedlinen superb and changed daily. Our sons (18 & 16) enjoyed the leisure suite/gym and we all welcomed the pool/sauna. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Would certainly stay again. Situated a short walk from the Town centre – but wouldn’t have wanted to be any closer!! 2 minutes to cliff top and walk or lift down to beach.
