Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
VISA, American Express, Master Card, Delta, Maestro, Solo
Personal Cheques are no longer accepted as payment for your stay and can only be accepted as deposits when received and banked three weeks prior to arrival.
Do I have to give my card details to confirm my booking?
We take card details to secure every booking, and payment will be requested on check-in. Don’t worry all details are stored securely and we will not charge you for cancellations if they are made before 2.00 pm two days before your arrival date.
Can I pay cash on arrival?
Yes, your card details are stored to secure your booking however cash is accepted as payment on arrival.
What is a Pre-authorisation?
A pre-authorisation is designed to cover any incidentals or extra charges incurred during your stay. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account.
How much is the Pre-authorisation?
We always request a £50.00 pre-authorisation against your bedroom.
Can I use cash for the pre-authorisation?
Yes, the pre-authorisation can be paid in cash or by card. With cash this will be refunded at check out, while debit or credit cards will be returned to your your account 3 – 5 working days after check out.
Is there a charge for credit card payments?
A charge of £2.00 will apply to all credit card transactions up to the value of £250.00 and 2% thereafter.
Why can’t I pay on departure?
we take payment on arrival for all rooms. By paying on arrival an early start is never delayed by having to check out on departure.
When can I check in?
All rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival.
When should I check out?
Guests are requested to vacate their bedrooms by 10.30 am on the day of departure in order to allow time for adequate preparation for new arrivals. No allowances can be made for temporary absence, late arrival, early departure or meals not taken.
Can I extend my stay?
If you wish to extend your stay with us, please inform reception before 10.30 am and they will inform you if there is availability to extend.
Is there parking available?
There is parking available on site, however this is on a first come first served basis. Should you arrive and find difficulty in parking your car please speak to reception who will advise where to park.
Is parking free?
We do not charge for parking. Our car park is managed by a car park management company, therefore we request all guests and visitors of the Hotel who are using the car park for any length of time, register their cars on the terminal at reception.
Do you allow Dogs?
Yes we are a pet friendly Hotel, please advise on booking if you are bringing your pet and we will make sure there is a dog bed and water bowl in the room on arrival. There is a charge of £10.00 per day for pets.
Can I take my Dog into the Restaurant or Bar?
We do not allow dogs to stay in any food serving areas including the Hotel Lobby. Dogs are welcome in the Hotel Garden but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, all areas of the Hotel are non-smoking.
Can I use an E-cigarette in the hotel?
E-cigarettes are allowed in guest bedrooms, however we do not allow guests to use e-cigarettes in food serving areas.
