We partner with an external dry-cleaning company for guest laundry needs. Please speak to reception and they will happily arrange this for you. They will also contact you once your items are cleaned and ready for collection.

Yes, our reception team can safely store your luggage before check-in, or after check-out.

For newspapers, please make a request at reception during your check-in, and they will arrange delivery to your room.

For wake-up calls and other requests, our 24-hour concierge desk will be happy to assist.

We welcome responsible pet owners, if a pet were to display aggressive behaviour its owner would be required to remove it from the hotel and grounds immediately. The owners remain responsible for the actions of their pet/s at all times. Owners are responsible for any noise complaints in relation to their pets and continuing noise disturbance may result in the pet being asked to leave the hotel.

All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in public areas and grounds and owners must refrain from letting their pets on the furniture.  Any fouling in bedrooms, public areas and grounds must be cleaned up immediately by the pet owner Failure to do so will result in penalty payment of £100. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.  Dogs are not to be left alone at any time within the hotel or the grounds.

Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or convenience store. Pets that are deemed to be a nuisance or danger to other hotel guests must be removed from the premises immediately. The hotel reserves the right to make this decision at any time. The hotel does not accept liability for any loss, damage or illness to pets.

Your room(s) will not be serviced whilst the animal is in situ. There is a charge of £15 per night per pet to stay at The queens hotel & spa.

Our Superior King Rooms and Junior Suites can accommodate up to two additional trundle beds, ideal for one adult or two children.

Bournemouth’s train and coach stations are just a 15-minute walk from our hotel, serving direct links to destinations across the UK, including London, Birmingham, Oxford, and Manchester.

Morebus operates a comprehensive bus service across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, with regular routes to Poole and Christchurch. If you’re looking to explore further afield, direct buses also run to Salisbury, Swanage and Stutland.
