Bedroom Reservations:

For reservations booked directly with The Queens Hotel we will require a credit card number, expiry date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse, name on the card and the issue number for Switch cards.

Non-Refundable Rate:

When booking a room under our non-refundable rate, full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, the hotel may consider requests to change the booking date, subject to availability and potential price differences. For reservations cancelled (or no-shows), the full amount will be forfeited. We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.

 

Flexible Cancellation Bed and Breakfast and Room Only Rate:
No payment is required at the time of booking, but credit/debit card details will be required to secure the booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to 3pm on the day of arrival can be made with no penalty. For reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (or no-shows), the full booking amount will be charged. Payment for accommodation will be charged 48 hours prior to 3 PM on the arrival date. We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.

 

No-show fee:

For bedroom reservations that do not show; the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking.

Smoking:

The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy in all bedrooms and public areas. Breach of this policy will result in charges equal to any revenue lost from not being able to re-let the room (minimum charge £100).

 

VAT:

All prices are inclusive of V.A.T and are correct at time of going to press. 

 We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel.

 

Extra Beds:

All rooms are suitable for a maximum of two adults only. However, some room types can accommodate an extra bed for a child (up to 13 years old). Please inquire at the time of booking to confirm availability and any additional charges that may apply.

Pre-authorisation:

​Upon arrival, please be informed that a pre-authorisation of £50.00 per night will be taken on your credit card as a security measure for any incidentals that may occur during your stay. This amount will not be charged to your card, but will be held temporarily. After you check out and provided there are no damages or outstanding charges, the pre-authorised amount will be released back to your credit card. The release process may take a few days depending on your bank's policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests.
